there is no management as such, the proprietor has no knowledge of management and zero comm skills. compensation/salary is pending since January 2018 for the month of January, they release without any notice and without any pay after working for complete one month. no HR policy and they provide no offer letter as leave everything undisclosed. salary deductions issues always pending. It is a matter of great concern that they interpret you and take your signature everywhere so that you can't claim anything. my work is of a manger where we started from the foundation and till February i worked they asked me to stop working since they have no money they keep lending from people and don't even pay instead salary deductions faced
