Working with Wipro Blackstone COE is like signing up for crash course in sleep deprivation. The so called "Work Life Balance" is as mythical as unicorn. And don't even get me started on the client and specially VRM - Head. Its like he has a secret manual on how to treat employees like expendable robots. He is inhuman, if you enjoy being treated as a 24/7 on call servant, coongratulations, you've found your dream job! 1) Overstressed 2) Timings are from 2pm to 11:30pm but usually one has to work late. And there is so much work that one has to also work in the morning.

1. No work life balance 2. Apparently, every request coming from the client, Blackstone, is urgent. And, later on, nothing happens on it. 3. Even the client, Blackstone, is worst. Blackstone (client) needs to understand the difference between "working for them" and "working with them". Employees are supporting Blackstone with their critical processes, however, even after being part of their team, they don' treat the consultants nicely. 4. Transport is worst. 5. Food is bad too. 6. No employee benefits provided by Wipro. 7. Wipro Management will never be supportive. And even if it's not your error, it'll be yours in the end, even if you were never in the picture....Read More

This place will only elevate your anxiety and depression. Leaving your job is the only escape here. Client is disrespectul and he likes people who licks his boots. If you have self respect and a dedication to work, please don't join as this place doesn't respect that. Wipro management is spineless as they turn a blind eye to everything wrong that's happening in front of them. Client is just bad. Do yourself a favour and stay away....Read More

EVERYTHING! Obviously you can't mention the name, else the amount of torture they levy on you is insane. Client is pathetic and ensures that no one is living peacefully. Coming to Wipro, you better remove people from authorities, if they can't help people suffering. Work sucks, no vision, no planning just depression and never ending horrible feeling at work.
