The only good part about working with this organization is that they are paying a notch above the industry standard. Good exposure to private equity processes and procedures.

Dislikes

This company is the correct definition of a toxic work place. There are promotions on the basis of personal recommendations . Abuse of power is rampant and the worst part is that there is no one to question it . HR exists only for hiring , for all other employee well being matters they are 100% aligned with the bias of the managers . They target sincere employees as those people might not have time for socialising with the so called leaders. It is sheer bad luck if you are stuck with this organization....Read More
