Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

I recently had a pathetic experience with this company. The people over there are highly unprofessional! The HR committed to send me an offer letter and asked for all the relevant documents, salary proofs, certificates, IDs, and everything. I waited for 5 days and everyday they kept delaying the offer letter. It's just 10 employees' company but they don't have time to send an offer letter to someone they have interviewed and selected for the position. Just imagine how they would manage time to handle a team of 100 or more employees. This unprofessional behaviour is highly unacceptable and I am posting it here just to let others know if they're seeking their future in this company, they must think twice!...Read More
