I got great team to work. Learnt new skills with the projects we got and challenging client also.

Dislikes

Scope of contract they engaging with customers / clients need to be more specific about the role associates will be deployed. For me as a developer , they deployed me in unknown area of production monitoring query running as L1 team to an completely unknown domain for a project is totally not acceptable by me. That’s the trigger point which made me to search jobs outside and resigned Birlasoft. 3months notice period.. No visibility to manager.. No motivation / appreciation of hard work done by team . No effective appraisal meetings. No increments on time they delayed multiple times....Read More
