Likes

Less work from big 4, Work life balance depends project to preject but still better than most of the service based companies.

Dislikes

1. Management is not good. They treat people like slave. 2. Micromanagement 3. Low quality of deliverables in order to reduce timeline. 4. No proper design and development 5. No learning and personal growth 6. Parking issue if you go to office late. 7. Promotions and hikes are very less. Most deserving emplyees are getting 2-3% hike. 8. Need to login on weekends as well
