I don't like this company.

I have a lot reasons. 1. Job security is very very poor. 2. No chance to learn. 3. If people in more than 3 months as non billable. simply they will call and search the job outside. 4. They will take 10% amount from your LPA for every year. IF you are in billable then will get maximum amount of 5 to 6 % only. otherwise You didn't get anything. 5. Very very less hike only getting for every year even you are working extra ordinary performance. 6. They are forcing to relocate any centers at any time. (Noida, Hyderabad). 7. Final Settlement also very very poor. they took 25% money and they will give after 90 days from your last working date. 8. No direct projects, all are outsourcing only. So Please don't join there. Now I listed only 8 points but I faced the many problems. Now I can't remember it. (i.e) No Scope, No Hike, No growth, No use. Simply I said it's totally waste....Read More
