Sr. Management are not at all concern about the juniors. Though they work well and give their 100% to get the complete output, it doesn't reaches the Sr. Management or it reaches to them in very different way. Work culture is good, but one should be very carefull from their superiors (not all).
Favoritism. Boss are making some people Favorite. Their favorite persons are called for the interviews and are made selected. This is because interviews are just a formality. For hiring them their are many rules which are broken hiding the HR's or can be called as in setting with HR's. When a person leaves the company and the feedback is given to HR in releaving discussion with them, not action is taken on the feedback. Those feedbacks are kept in files in the cupboard like old files are kept in the government office for actions to be taken. Sr. Managers or old KPIT Sr. Managers are acting like they do not have any limits or BSL will not survive without them as they are aware more than the new company. They are taking everything for granted. I would say HR team is also becoming partial in this case. I would really like to give to complete feedback if the Sr., I mean the Sr. Most person reaches out to me for the feedback. They release the offer letter very early.
As early as they release the offer letter, same way they release the employee too. No job security. Clients they work with are not professional and do micromanage. Once you are on bench, HR will call you and tell you to submit resignation right in front of her.

Good thing salary comes on 1st of Every month.
No job security, once the project is over they don't have much client to move you in some other projects, were you are forced to resign. Salery dedection is very high , HR doesn't gives any clarity of the dedection which is worst policy.

Pathetic people in HR department. There is no proper transparency on the policies. They even mislead new joiners during onboarding process by communicating incorrect information to save cost. Moreover, they are masters in fabricating the facts during offer release.
