Join only if you don't have an Offer. Poor Compensation. Add all in variable components, which they don't give year on year. Attrition is high. Highly political company. Only those who are part of the same gang get promoted. No respect for performance.

Poor Compensation Promise not kept They don't pay a variable year or year. Short-term projects. Layoffs are like sunrise and sunset. Poor Quality Super High Attrition No work-life balance. Negotiate only on fixed and take an offer. Don't agree on variable component.

Payscale and hikes are below market as company is struggling to meet revenue targets. Part of VPI has been held back. Coursera available for learning, however no time available to take any courses. They release the offer letter very early.

Dislikes

As early as they release the offer letter, same way they release the employee too. No job security. Clients they work with are not professional and do micromanage. Once you are on bench, HR will call you and tell you to submit resignation right in front of her.

You will get descent benefits and salary when you have hired.timing are flexible but also depends upon the project which you are going to work.

Work life balance is all depends upon the project but some project having very bad work life balance. Appraisals are worst either you are doing best or you are exceptionally good .

Company docks pay for taking a sick leave. Management does not honour work timings. Compensation is only negotiated at time of joining. No team building activities or budget. Higher management uses employees as use and throw, once tasks are done no appreciation or compensation is provided. Many false promises are made. Only work life balance is good but totally depends on the team and project. Nothing much to expect

Dislikes

Extremely poor appraisals lowest in the entire industry and no one listens to you if you ask for work in specific technology. HR's are always not reachable. They didn't help you in any manner. If you complaint about appraisal they ask to talk to manager and if they don't listen talk to their manager and the cycle goes on and on. Also Don't expect anything during festivals.

Senior management is pathetic. They talk rubbish, treat people like labour. Project is totally in the hands of seniors who are there in the company from 20. No involvement no transparency. There was no exit interview to highlight, even manager decided whether the employee will receive salary or not, based on their deliveries which is pathetic, also that’s not developer’s fault as their requirements keep on changing.
