They not give good salary hike and bonus and career growth is slow.

I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt evey thing on the job. I got chance to learn multiple instruments.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
