I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Nothing good about BCG in last 2years. Salary package were terrible like 450AED for labours 650AED for steel fixers and others and 750 for Chargehand also 950 for Assistant forman +site allowens + food. Only thing I like about BCG is salary will be credited on time. Bathrooms were cleaned every 2 or 3 days once and there is no sperate rooms for staffs. Labors,cleaners, drivers and foremans are in a same room this may lets staff friendly mind with all of them in room and also in site and working area us this good..... And many more issues here. Campboss changed recently so we hope camp issue were solve soon....Read More
