I was told by many during my initial years in Gurgaon and now I can vouch for it myself, A great place to work , Hardworking and dedicated employees will never feel disappointed in the organisation, The leadership definitely ensures that. Challenges are everywhere and with out challenges one can’t become a matured individual however MK culture allows an individual to seek all support during the learning phase /start of the journey and even post going live ,Also come out as a winner very swiftly... The Employees get to participate in various initiatives, also get the opportunity to learn and grow with the organisation. Employees are well heard via various HR and management channels, Surveys. I will invite aspiring individuals to work with us/the organisation at-least for once and share the experience the way I am doing 🙂...Read More
