The people around seem to be fun

Dislikes

Terrible work life balance, employees are even asked to work on Sundays. No room for skill development. Always issues with payment of salary and finding ways to make deductions in payments. No provision for government holidays and are instead asked to use the same holiday as a casual leave.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
