Training is not given to new employees. Management does not respond quickly to employees raised issues.

The Job security situation is something that can be improved. Ideally, when one is granted a longer contract and time in their role, they generally tend to feel safer and more secure.

The work was mainly on the PCR Project on Komatsu Haul Trucks. It also included Field Campaign operations on the same fleet of Trucks.
