Working environment is fabulous, you can discuss your all queries with you boss without any hesitation, they are very helpful.

Dislikes

Mobile networks were not adequate as the office is in basement. But that is a good part, as you can focus upon your work.

Very fantastic, got to learn many new things in life, had a very wonderful experience.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
