There was nothing I liked when I worked for them.

Dislikes

First of all they don’t pay your salary timely and there is no growth in the company and I have worked more than 40hrs straight but when the job is done they don’t even realise you and there is no training for any process they believe there vendors more than there employees and there is fantastic thing about this company any employee will call any vendor of any site inspite giving full information to the office from the respected manager and the founder of the company will have nice rapo with vendors rather than having it with the clients.You</mark> can be jobless instead of working in this company....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
