This company gives you a lot of opportunity to grow. They boost confidence and support individuality. They treat everyone equal. And the office environment is a pleasure to work with.

No work life balance, over working and over detailing, unnecessary on the spot changes, no freedom in decision making, no monetary growth or appreciation, no paid overtime,

Work Details

Job is frustrating at times. You be at any level for every small thing you have to ask the director. Overnight working is very often. Sometimes even on Saturdays. There is no importance to your personal events. HR organises some celebrations
