Likes

Average work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management having very low transparency. There was no cafeteria and no gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies were not good for employee.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and there was different groups for employee in the eyes of management for eg:HR favorite candidate who do each and every step on hr instructions, sales manager chatu employee.There is no growth in the manner of career growth.

an analyst

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
