It had been an amazing work experience! My overall experience with the company through the last 1.5 years working there have been great. It great work environment, where people aren't only compensated fairly for there work, but given many opportunists to grow and learn new things in there field of work.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
