I didn't like anything, the environment will always stressful the will ask you do something and they will not tell you how to do, you have to explore on your own, whenever you ask something they will start yielding on you.. don't expect any growth, career, job security or any employee benefits like ESI OR PF. Because it is against their policies to provide any facility to employees. They will always keep you on 7th cloud by promising so many things, and they will always told you that you will grow as company grows but soon you will get to know that only they and their company is growing not you... don't expect any good bonus or any appraisal....Read More
