Except for the two things I mentioned, everything falls under dislikes, including micromanagement and hire and fire culture in this organization. No job security, we don't know when will be our last working day.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
