Lift issue, canteen issue, we did not get hot water whenever we fill sick. I would like to share my experience. In the beginning of job joining my neck was paining I went to canteen for hot water or warm water but no help canteen, from anywhere, that facility should be kept. Fix timing is a good thing. Employee need not to seat for too late.

Notice period of Company is 3 months. This is not the fair one. Many employees are missed their great opportunity of work at another workplace. As per Industry standard it should be between 30 to 45 days. Also work environment of company is boring. VP and AVP driven. you should say "YES" to whatever they say. else you won't get any hike for sure. Sr. Management of the company has wavering sense of humor. Extremely volatile decision making, which changes every month based on their judgement. which can break your career

A set of old friends move from one company to other and thus the only people that benefit are management they have internal group and the rest of the employees are puppets and they enjoy the Bandar ka show. If you need work and are transiting it could be a good option but nothing more than six months
