I don't like this company Because here job is totally unsafe

Dislikes

1) job is unsafe 2) salary no hike ,no incentive is given 3) fully target based job and don't give incentive if you achieve your target 4) The team leader Akash Rathod is a very rude person and no helpful person 5) This company is only looking into work and most priority given to her target not employees 6) no facility ,no gift etc .

Work Details

Starting is good but after changing our odisha team leader is very bad. Work-life is not good totally disappointed, unhappy etc.

Nothing to like here, one of the most pathetic company always afraid and dependent on Bank of Baroda's mercy and actions for any support.

Dislikes

1. Bank of Baroda staff is always looking at fellow BGSS like enemies, no cooperation between both entities 2. Policy says Flexi working but nothing in reality 3. No incentives and benefits in place, as most policies are customised to suit senior management only 4. Hardly any Fun at work 5. Quality of employees is below par so no chance for self development 6. Mostly local Gandhinagar staff, so no wide mix of cultures 7. Never spends a penny for Employee welfare 8. No pride in working at BGSS & low brand value 9. There were no targets like pvt banks and you can complete the operational work assigned to you in given tat.

The work alloted to you is not on the basis of your experience and they ask you to do anything irrespective of your experience and the promotions are not given on the basis of your work only the one who do backbiting of other employees is eligible for promotions.

This is good place to start work journey as fresher and move and grow with the environment of company.

Dislikes

This is good place for work life balance but at some point one would face challenges due to closer of some work and some sudden changes might impact our work .Against above mentioned issue the company policy is good in last resort if they have to relieve employee then they would provide proper time as mentioned appointment letter.

For fresher graduates, it's a good option to earn around 13k-16k /p.m.

Dislikes

Currently it's less like a banking industry and more like a call centre/BPO... On floor, No phone/ packed foods or drinks/any digital devices like smart bands are also not allowed... And Irony is that BGSS is into digital payments support and services. Promotions and appraisals are done on biased basis. No annual bonus or any other monetary benefits as such. Since past 3years we working Bgss as Bangalore location our office in bank of Baroda Head Office building .in that building they looking our employees very cheap mentality & if any others Bank employees done mistake they blamed Evey time Bgss team we don't have any admin our separate bgss in building cleaning also not good our floorproper no training room's here.work place no freedom no activity no cultural festivals celebration .
