In Barak communication,I like operators,but inside the office the behaviour of senior staff is very bad,they don't know how to respect the human beings(literate or illeterate ,men women's, senior customer and all that).. And if you are asking about supporting.. so "in the pandemic situation all staff gave there best work in office including me also,but when I said the owner to increase of my salary,he don't support me (I regularly went to office by auto fare 30-40rs regularly so my daily updown is 80rs daily.. for this I said to the owner of the Barak communication, please sir increase my salary,he said no,not this year next year I'll think,and the he increase one of my colleague salary,full partiality..
