Dislikes

Poor management decisions, reservation policy dents scope for promotion, no work life balance, HR is worse if staff puts papers they don't even bother to call u up and find reasons, transfer policy pathetic, in a nutshell don't ever think of joining it and spoil your careers.

Zero work life balance..you do all tasks that are completely irrelevant to the role you are assigned..no proper response and guidance from higher authorities whom you approach for assistance.. purely you are surrendered to marketing

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
