-salary on time -supportive co-worker(staff)

- not good for experienced engineers. -once you try to leave the company director start doing politic he pressurize you so much that you will leave the company before notice period and he will stop your upcoming salary. -very bad environment for your health. -no official document they give you. - no health insurance (no concern with your health ) - no time to out punch the director force you work overtime without pay. I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
