I do not like our some company's policy...like holidays..and yes of course company politics ....we know very well that how people they are create politics against employees/employer ....so i think enough....because behind company false speak ...its not right , and this is a not right platform .I think ....so thanks for all.....!!!

all work related to accounting....and handle cash bank vendors proceed payments EPF GST ESI SALARIES Etc.....

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
