I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

They will just terminate you just like that. They won't train you properly. It was my first time working for a US company and I didn't know anything. Thy said there would be training but wasn't there. The trainer I got was really worse. She would not train she would not review my work and will put all blame on me at the end. If you will get a very good trainer then it would be good. Now I joined some other US company and things are really good here. But there it was horrible....Read More
