Workplace is free from discrimination. Management is very supportive and cooperative. Badshahinvestments provides transparency in there work always co-operate with there team mates. Company policies are good and provide perk to there employees. company appreciate hard working employees with salary hike every year. Basic pay is also good. Dislikes

Job is tough as high knowledge is only required. Sometimes due to work load we have to work after office hours also which makes it tough to work in this environment.

Work Details

Management is so supportive that freshers also get involved in decision making process. Ideas are appreciated here and also rewarding.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
