I worked at bada finance and my experience was imply concerning after signing and employment agreement for a year I was unexpectedly asked to provide a security deposit for 1 lakh rupees. To make matters worse, just four days after joining. I was pressured to sign a blank cheque. The justification given was that it was a precaution in case I damaged the company's laptop or took a sensitive data. which seemed absurd and unprofessional. The company provides laptop and phones, but these were meant for their own work purposes, not mine. After handing over the gadgets, I was asked to sign off on them, which was fine, however, the demand for a blank cheque the next day raised a serious red flags. Additional the HR team required me to sign numerals agreement as an employee which felt overleving and unnecessary from what I understand asking for a check as a security deposit is not allowed under labour law making this demand not only UN professional but potential illegal. I strongly advised potential employees to be cautions and fully away of the right before considering a position with the company the unprofessional practices and unethical demands over shadow any potential positive of working here....Read More

THEY WILL FORCE YOU TO WORK AFTER THE SHIFT TIMINGS AND WILL NOT PAY YOU FOR THE SAME AND ALSO WILL LAY YOU OFF IF YOU RAISE YOUR VOICE FOR WHAT IS CORRECT.THE MANAGER OF THE COMPANY "BEING A LADY" WILL ABUSE THE MALE EMPLOYEES AND EVEN THE FEMALE ONES.NO ONE SHOULD JOIN THIS COMPANY RATHER REMAIN UNEMPLOYEED FOR SOMETIME
