The toxic work environment undermines morale and productivity , and failure to pay employees is not only unfair but also illegal .prospective employees should be cautious and consider the serious implications of the joining a company with a such troubling practice . When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
