Dislikes
Horrible management , horrible leave policy. If you will go and work there , you’ll be working for a vertical , not the team. Team managers are unprofessional and literally rude.

On taking 2 sick leaves night allowance would be deducted 100%, if cab service is missed rs. 500 deduction one way. Getting approved leaves to maintain work life balance is a little difficult. Parameters to earn incentives are practically difficult but on paper very easy. Sick leave or casual leave taken on weekend would result in weekend salary deduction and also incentive earning potential. Limited food options available for night shift employees at no less cost than outside food. No medical facility available in callba apart from an ambulance which will help us to reach hospital in any critical emergency. Promotion criteria are not based on tenure but on attendance, on paper performance and management discretion due to which today very few tenured staff can be seen on the calling floor. Shifts can be changed any time as per operational requirement. Technical Week are very common example today I am in 21.30-6.30 and then 1 off and next day 2.30 a.m-11.30. It's awesome place to work and maintain work life balance. Incentives are best in the industry. We can get leaves approved when ever we need it. Cab service, medical facility, cafeteria food can be rated five star. Management is the best in the industry. Shifts are awesome and help to maintain work life balance. Everything is manipulated. HR doesn't tell you about the position you are hired at the time of joining. They tell you after the induction. Training is pathetic, trainer's do not work seriously just because their jobs are safe. They don't care about you. Then starts the drama of kr where trainer's give marks to their pets only.
Dislikes
Team leader or duty desk will give you wrong advise on the call, which is recorded, still you will get marked down in quality. They will stay for eternity making life hell.
Work Details
Hectic, you get split off and every week roster change. Pets get fixed shifts and two offs.
