Staff Behaviour good. Timely Salary before 15th day of every month. Best place to learning.

No job security, no appointment letter, no salary slips (if you not ask). You gain experience but not experience certificate.

Self skills development and learning at site.

Dislikes

There is no fix duty timing, there is no holiday and 12 hours duty or more sometimes 2,3 days 24 hours duty in a week because of there is shortage of engineers always and not balancing Life.
