Axonas Consulting and business services Pvt Ltd is an absolute nightmare to work for! Everything about this place is terrible. 🚨NEVER GET SALARY ON TIME - they delay salaries for months and give endless excuses like "we don't have money" or "wait till the project generates revenue." What kind of scam is this? pay your employees fortheir work! 🧾NO EXPERIENCE OR RELIEVING LETTER - After resigning (which you definitely will), don't expect any proper documents. they will IGNORE your calls, avoid replying , and refuse to clear your dues. this is nothing but a fraudulent and waste of time and your efforts. 💀TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT - The boss is completely unprofessional, lies to employees, and manipulates them into working without pay. 😠SALARY SCAM - They divide your salary into fixed part and a so -called "bonus" which they promise to pay every three months. But guess what? You have to literally beg and fight for it, and even they delay it endlessly. TOTAL SCAM! NO FIXED WORKING HOURS - you are expected to be available 24/7. The boss demands updates every single hours, micromanaging like a control freaks! ⚠MY STRONG ADVICE : DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY! You will regret it . you won't get your salary. you won't get your experience letter , and you'll be trapped in a toxic, unprofessional environment.
