I would say only few words that this is the Best bank among private sector, in terms of promotion , targets and elevation to the next profile.

Dislikes

Ummm if you are consistent in achieving your targets and your daily operations and rhythm then there is not an issue but if you are not then it could be a problem for you which is common in all private sector banks. But if you will compare with other ones then this bank give more leverages even if you are not able to achieve things as per the bank mandate.

Nothing. It is a horrible place to work and the management is so cheap. They use abusive language to their employees and insult them in front of the whole branch. There is no word as "Professionalism" in their dictionary. Every one, even the top level manager has dignity and professionalism. Pathetic and toxic place to work.
