It's a manager driven company. No value for HR and they don't follow terms and conditions. If manager decided to sack the employee they will do it. They tranfer you any branch and they don't even consult with the employee before

The problem statement, initiative and my manager(specific to me) was really good. The technology we use is sql to retrieve data and analyse them using excel and other visualisation tools. These RCA and case studies were really great. Leave policies are good.

Dislikes

There are no benefits, company culture, bad politics (BIU head is a good person but management under him is not that good).

Unsatisfied Axis bank Terminated on immediate basis of Permanent employee on 30.08.2022 without any reason , without any show cause notice period and without any enquiry resulting harrasment of me and my family with infringement of my legal rights after my continuous service of 11 years in Axis Bank and my case is under justice for reinstatement of service

No work life balance. Attrition rate is too high causing work pressure on existing staff. Very irrational approach for appraisal. No transperancy in the appraisal system. Very toxic work culture. Glorifying working weekends.

Behaviour of supervisor gud as compared to industry.

Transpancy in rating and promotion not there for above average performer.Any one can get MP+ and MP++ condition he or she should be supervisor favorite. He is having good score and he or she is not supervisor favorite he will definitely get MP rating.
