I suggest to Axis Bank Management Please increase existing old staff salary as per their role with other competitive bank who is working good according to his role. Appreciation is very important for which staff is doing good business or role in axis bank.please take care of this above my points

Work Details

My work is very challenging and passionate for selling all the axis bank products to the customer.Axis bank also get recognized my work for given promotion accordingly.As long as i get to work closely with the customer build best relationship.

Axis Bank is, in my opinion, a well-structured institution; however, it lacks a dedicated division to assist with various issues and aspects. Additionally, the time taken to process and fulfill customer requests, as well as to open accounts, is excessively lengthy.

Dislikes

The bank is functioning adequately; however, the senior management overseeing the team and its operations creates an uncomfortable working environment. Their approach tends to prioritize challenges over support in conducting business. Furthermore, there is a prevailing belief among them that the bank operates solely under their oversight, which results in a lack of attention to the needs of their subordinates. Here bsm is like a pendulum where cluster head has no respect...only circle head is playing with all staff m which is irrelevant.. Overall bad people around exist in Axis bank
