Here the supervisors act arbitrarily and the HR policy is not good. I have been working for the last 5 years and have been performing the responsibility of ASM for the last 19 months. There is no sitting place in workstations. And didnt recognized the performance. Appraisal not fair practise. Its totally bias. If you ask question about it.. You will be terminated. Non legal person are placed in legal post and they can take all kind of leave and etc.. They only get promotion ad rating every year...
