Hi my more finance experience with axis bank there is good working culture and working process. Everything is step by step you should feel like a systemic process. Once you go through the process all things are going easy either you have noticed and focused.

Dislikes

All are dependent on person who work for the bank. Everything is not according with him but some of part of working depends on credit mood. that is the separate problem those are interruptions you facing all time.
