Some old staffs left understand the frontline workers issue and assist with good feedback and resolution.

I joined this bank just because of work culture. But since last one year I mean 2021 it's completely different. Piggy backing and rumour mongering is in all employees with vintage above 5 years. Do not let people stable. Staffs comes and join and again leave within 6 months. Leadership is chaos and none of them even try analyse the root cause. The departments here work like proprietorship concern. The depat heads are above all and never listen to any feedback. Ego issue is on top. Even good things said positively the revenge is definite. Before joining I was in complete different way but now it's very irritating and frustrating. Have written feedbacks to HR and other available secret sources but instead of root cause analysis they started asking silky and irritating questions as if I have done some crime. HR persons are meaningless here....Read More
