Just rubbish and rubbish and rubbish no other words for Axis Bank. Whole day you will get mad doing operations work but they don't have any value for that . Only sales sales and sales . Each and every day they are like business hungers . Everyday you will get mad listening to their requirements, account they want , fd. Toxic work environment, no work life balance and after giving all your day and life to the organization, seniors says you haven't done anything today. Haven't done anything last year. After giving such hard work and after becoming a robot they have audacity to say this. Upper management chills and enjoys to exploit employees and when you complain you are targeted

No matter how much you work no one's gonna appreciate you and only buttering works everywhere. If you complain about something then instead of solving the problem they target you to make you feel down .

If you are lucky, you will get home location. Loan on very low rate. Mandate leave for 10 days in year.

This is private bank and work culture are almost same in all private bank. If you perform, you will get all benefit. Cross sell is very important part of work. So you have to be good sales man. Every week Life insurance and general insurance drive, account FD, mf. Some time you will feel like lets resign from job but if you do one life insurance policy your decision for resignation will change.
