Great organisation to work with.All Digital Channels are being implemented to make work easier and much Convienience for the clients.

Well only the growth path is slow. I guess if I work for a Organisation I believe too give my 💯 and expect the same. Lots of customers mail which we received regarding how satisfied they are but unfortunately it doesn’t comes to the notice of management.

It builds confidence and improves your communication skills because you have to deal and convince customers on daily basis.

The targets are constant pressure on your head whereas you have to provide leads to operation and sales department also.

I have being working in Axis Bank since 6months. I have a beautiful collection of experience with the branch.Everyday a learning sessions, meeting different customers, motivation, enthusiasm, helping me to balance the situations. The journey is going good.

The few dislike is the pay is Low, less possibility of the hike in salary and position.

6 month gap from axis securities to axis bank payroll...either person is fully eligible for bank payroll crietaria...really disappointed

My work in axis bank is to reduced the crowd in the bank lobby...modify customers for digitalisation...solve the customer query and give best solution for their problems...try to reduce paper work....
