The senior management at zonal level and regional level are very unprofessional and always carry personal grudges on employees. Irrespective of the skills, experience the respective employee will be judged based on any random person opinion and feedback. No cross check or discussion will happen. The ground reality is far far different from what is always portrayed

As stated above, what type of manager and team members you get decide how satisfied and fulfilled you will feel, currently neither my manager nor my team members are good. But I have WFH so it makes it easy.

Bank is better to work than smaller banks

Bank is not connected to ground level. Processes , TATs are poor. Top management is not knowing process related issues. Too many useless concalls and data games instead of Customer meetings. Poor HR set up. New Supervisor are all very selfish They support their neighbours and put pressure on those who work. I feel Axis Bank should protect its staff from these people as it happened with me and it can happen with anyone else too. When I was in the hospital, I gave all my business to my neighbor who never brought any business himself, due to this I got termination
