Axis Bank is a very good origination. work culture is good

not a good decision for employee to distribute Operation and Sales. if bank has making Rating and Promotion but not follow the rule. supervisor told to L1 & L2 All business source by me my resource nothing do . what can do resource his System score is 4.65 when i ask to supervisor my Rating is average then he told me u r not in Ranking

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Good to learn...very friendly culture in corporate banking...most senior staffs are very down to earth and behaves humbly....bank takes care of their staffs for being located at their desired locations.

Dislikes

Late night working hours oftenly. Average culture and management at retail branches. Performance assessment totally depends on will of boss (but not on transparency of performance) but not at all on HR.

Work Details

For the first two years I handled the work which had tremedous learning having wide scope in baking industry and bank makes maximum profit from it which is trade and forex operations with customer service. After that I've been handling branch banking.
