Good to learn...very friendly culture in corporate banking...most senior staffs are very down to earth and behaves humbly....bank takes care of their staffs for being located at their desired locations.

Dislikes

Late night working hours oftenly. Average culture and management at retail branches. Performance assessment totally depends on will of boss (but not on transparency of performance) but not at all on HR.

Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

For the first two years I handled the work which had tremedous learning having wide scope in baking industry and bank makes maximum profit from it which is trade and forex operations with customer service. After that I've been handling branch banking.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
