- Job Security (even POSH violators are transferred at distant location only). Nothing more - Leave Policy ( Mandatory 10 days leave at a stretch ). - Branch Distribution across geography is competitive w.r.t Industry leaders.

- More than 65% employees don't have basic understanding of product or interested in learning to improve customer experience. This is due to unorganized directionless pressure and often leading to mis-selling. - Poor training mechanism, people are just brought into Teams meeting where they log into system and keep on doing other works. Training just for the name sake (My observation over last 3.5+ years across PAN India and working across different geography). - KRA achievement doesn't ensures good appraisal but fixing with Supervisor & Super Boss does ensure good appraisal. That's what I have experienced genuinely. - Appraisal system is not transparent neither it allows the employee to understand what can be improved. However, just for name sake a Grievance system exist which gives no satisfactory resolution. - Unstructured environment makes freshers feel often lost hence the attrition rate is on higher side. - Less of a Bank and more of a Life Insurance Co.
