For branch operations people they have introduced many digital initiative which really cuts down extra file work and other customer requests and account opening, very smooth process. Also anything you need to know is compiled in a single file for reference which makes job of new joiners easy.

Dislikes

The over emphasis on third party products like life insurance and general reference makes the life hell for branch employees. Sometimes the pressure causes to mis-sell to customer. This might be different for other person but this is from my experience.
