Terrible experince with axis bank during covid-19. Top mangement used to threaten for job loss, manupulation in rating, no roasters were provided, also threaten to tell HR for availability of the same. I have to beg the branch manager for 15 days work from home due to medical issues during the period. We were forced to debit customer account without thir consent, if denied for hours we have to receive concalls. Cluster head was least concern about the employee. As at forst he said he will listen to only BH. When I was positive from covid 19 I was blammed for not doing business and excuse making strategy. I was forced to work in Covid positive situation as well. Terrible experince, worst managment. People doing job from 10-15 yrs and thinking they are owners of the bank they own everything. Least consern about employees as well as customers,if business is not done none of the operations is signed by BH. We were thrown out of the cabin like dogs and if we ask to talk on mail they talk politely and threaten us by saying 'rating dekh lenge wo to tumhari' worst worst sbank ever worked with....Read More
