No liking. There is no work life balance. Huge sales pressure.no timings maintained. There is a trap called Axis Young Banker Program. New joinies pay 4 lakh from pocket and fell into the trap. They can not leave easily and become bonded labour.

Sales pressure and false promises by higher management. Often you qualify a contest from bank in LI and after some days you hear the RNR is cancelled. You only get a mail saying thank you 🙏. Unethical practices are done while selling LI . Every day you can hear a contest or login day and you have to generate business.Mostly are done giving false information to customer, cheating them.Thus frequent transfers are given in Axis Bank so that after 1-2 year the person doesn't have to face the angry customer. Employees are leaving in large nos due to this toxic work culture.People now refer this bank as LI bank....Read More

Work Details

Worst experience. New commers are not able to sustain more than a month. Operations people are thrown out of the branch and asked to bring business such as LI and GI.Can not leave before 8.30-9 at night.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)
