the work environment is very good as compared to ICICI Bank; employees at Axis are good and amicable & help you at difficult times; skill development & learning are very good as compared to ICICI; job security is there once you are in assistant manager grade.

Here at the time of promotion your grades will be adjusted by the superiors & increasing the points of their favorite persons; Work-life balance is challenging in the banking sector not only in axis it's all the banks are the same; Here bonus is given on the basis of supervisor's ratings which is solely based upon his favoritism, unlike in ICICI you will get the bonus benefits equally; Salary is slightly low as compared to the other banks; Filthy clients of the banks are increasing day by day they have taken the ad of Axis bank Dil see open very differently they treat female employees like their girlfriend, many of them feel offended but what to do you have to control yourself; all the customers maltreat private bank employees, they treat govt bank employees with respect cause they know that they will fight back with them, where in Axis they train their employees to listen every nonsense; now the work in the private sector bank is like sell the insurance only, you have to listen every day while you still completing your assigned work in the branch....Read More
