Bank is focusing on training and working on enhance knowledge of its employees.

Baised bank no one care what at the ground level seniors are doing. Favouritism is there and some seniors are playing with the career of the employees which will effect the reputation of Bank in future. Management should focus at ground level people and ask timely ask about the work culture. I am not a part of Bank but still some persons are forced for resignation. Please see so that bank will not loose the sincere employees. Please review my working. I gave my whole dedication to my new role which was given to me with full energy but partiality was there in business distribution and also at the time of rating. I also request please see my views in the annual ratings retrace window. I had done my work without any support of seniors even though it's break me totally when I got the rating. I joined Axis Bank because it's my first bank and I was happy when I had rejoined in 2019 but not the people are playing with the career of the other people it's totally wrong and effects bank reputation and not able to paste my points but in retrace window it will be available to read. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs.
